Carbon Masters India Pvt Ltd (Carbonlites brand) converts wet organic waste into compressed biogas (Carbonlites CBG/“bio-CNG”) and bio-enriched organic manure to cut fossil-fuel use and chemical fertilizer dependence, using anaerobic digestion projects delivered via SPVs/JVs. It was established in the UK in 2009 and expanded to India around 2012. Headquarters: Bengaluru, Karnataka (RK Chambers address listed in-site). It is active in 2025 and still operating, with five CBG plants across Karnataka, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu processing 36,000+ tonnes of waste annually; team ~80–80+ members. In 2025 it raised undisclosed equity led by Schneider Electric Energy Access Asia (SEEAA), with Sangam Ventures and IAN Group (board additions: Vikram Raman; Sriram Sankaran).
