Profile

FGV Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based global agribusiness and one of the world’s largest producers of crude palm oil, accounting for approximately 4% of global output. Established in 2007 as the commercial arm of the Federal Land Development Authority (FELDA), it operates across five divisions: Plantations, Oils and Fats, Sugar, Logistics and Support, and Consumer Products. The company manages over 335,000 hectares of plantations and 66 mills. Its core products include palm oil, oleochemicals, biodiesel, refined sugar, and consumer brands like SAJI and Seri Pelangi.

Headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, FGV employs over 51,000 people. It was previously listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia but was officially delisted on August 28, 2025, to align more closely with its major shareholder, FELDA. The company remains active and continues to focus on productivity, growth, and sustainability, including biomass valorisation and waste-to-wealth initiatives.
