PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) is a state-owned activist holding company and the largest fertilizer manufacturer in Southeast Asia. It manages production, trade, and logistics for fertilizers, petrochemicals, and agrochemicals, while serving as the government’s partner for subsidized fertilizer distribution. Established on January 3, 1970, and headquartered in Jakarta, the company operates through nine direct subsidiaries. As of 2025, it reported Rp90.40 trillion in revenue and Rp150.18 trillion in total assets. The Indonesian government maintains control via a Series A Dwiwarna share, with the remaining ownership held by the state through BP BUMN and PT Danantara Asset Management.
