Contract manufacturing (CMO/CDMO/toll) — DNA synthesis and gene foundry are the 'write and build' service layer of synthetic biology: chemical gene synthesis to a designed sequence, enzymatic fragment assembly and strain construction in a Design-Build-Test-Learn cycle.
