Glove-port manipulation

Rigid, fully sealed barrier enclosures that physically separate the sterile processing zone from the operator and surrounding room, using glove ports for manipulation and vaporized hydrogen peroxide for decontamination — the highest-assurance containment format for aseptic fill-finish, sterility testing and cell-therapy manufacturing, increasingly favored over open RABS under the EU's revised Annex 1.
